Tagle Custom Homes Vice President, Fernando de Tagle has been building homes for decades, and in Denver since 1995. An artisan by nature, Fernando is on the project site virtually every day. His architectural training prepared him with the core understanding of construction, integrating engineering with the client’s vision. To that, add the interior design flow to make the home practical, surrounded by the exterior design to bring it all together.

The Builder Client communication is the spring board of Fernando’s success. He tunes into the client and their new home, or renovation, to bring it all together. Finished homes have ranged from $300,000 to over $1,500,000. Fernando has built on a variety of sites from 6,000 square feet to 5 acres or more, in Denver, Arapahoe, and Douglas Counties. Renovation projects of all sizes have and been completed in these communities, too. Designs are client driven, ranging from Mid Century modern, contemporary, or traditional to Tuscan, or European Country. As today’s modern architecture undergoes a transition to more open flexible use spaces, larger windows, new wood grained ceramics, with more travertine or marble materials, Fernando’s creativity never ends.
